Individual Term (5 Years term)
• Malaysian Bumiputra - Annual Licence Fee RM 2,200
- Entrance/Licence Fee RM 5,000
• Malaysian Non Bumiputra - Annual Licence Fee RM 2,500
- Entrance/Licence Fee RM 6,000
• Foreigner - Annual Licence Fee RM3,000
- Entrance/Licence Fee RM 8,000
Corporate Term (with two nominees) (5 years term)
• Malaysian - Annual Licence Fee RM 5,500
- Entrance/Licence Fee RM 10,000
• Foreigner - Annual Licence Fee RM 6,500
- Entrance/Licence Fee RM 15,000
Individual Licence
• Malaysian Bumiputra - Licence Fee RM 24,000
• Malaysian Non Bumiputra - Licence Fee RM 28,000
• Foreigner - Licence Fee RM 35,000
Corporate Licence (with two nominees)
• Malaysian - Entrance/Licence Fee RM 60,000
• Foreigner - Entrance/Licence Fee RM 75,000
 
 

Note : The Monsoon Season starts in November and ends in March. During this period the sea becomes rough and heavy rain falls are stated. For safety reasons, the hotels may not organize marine activities such as Parasailing, Banana boat ride, etc. However, you could still enjoy sunbathing or swimming in the swimming pool or join the optional tours such as Firefly Tour, River Cruise Tour etc.
