If you are looking for some malay traditional dishes, the best Asam Pedas in town is to be found just opposite Maybank branch and Hiap Hwa Hotel on Jalan Pasar. Also worth checking is a little neighbouring food court, serving different types of Mee and Nasi. Short walking distance away, on the other side of the bridge, you can treat yourself with Ikan Bakar. Eager for having some exquisite seafood, you should log into the famous Jade Garden Seafood Corner (no.54, Jalan Kerisi/ N 01’ 213 E 104’ 132).
